Walking?

First steps? Well, not 'official' steps, but steps nonetheless.

An adventurous day.

Little brother wasn't feel too well today -- we've been sick for the past 4 days, so it was another stay-at-home-day. We were out of town this weekend and haven't put the suitcase away yet....big sister found it and started her adventure right away!

Blue bear is the "chief" all strapped in, Big Sister is all strapped in, she said "there's even seat belts in here!"

Stranger, I know

I have been neglecting you, little blog, I know. I'm sorry, but there is another electronic device in my life right now and I need to give it a little attention. I will come back to you don't worry, but it may take some time.

You see, I have a new cell phone. I wasn't planning on getting the ultra-tech type of cell phone, I was planning on getting a nice, middle-of-the-road type of cell phone so that I could text. I called my phone company and asked about an upgrade -- since I had my old phone for at least 4 years and it was completely out-dated and I was ready to come into the 21st century!

After talking with the cell phone company, they offerred me a deal I couldn't pass up -- the 'data plan' -- which includes unlimited mobile-to-mobile minutes, unlimited texting, unlimited internet use. I wasn't expecting that at all -- I just wanted more free minutes and texting. After accepting the updated plan, I then had to choose an updated phone and I went all out -- touchscreen and all!

I really love my new phone, but I'm still getting used to it. It's not necessarily a phone that I can easily do internet and blogging from, but it's great for checking email and texting and phone calls. I'm still getting used the phone, but have found myself off the laptop more.

I guess another reason that I am a stranger on this blog is also because there is a little boy in our house that is getting into E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G. Seriously, when he's awake, there must be an adult with him at all times.....thus, no computer time for mommy! :(
