So, we did get an offer on our townhouse the other day, but we are still in the process of seeing if we can come to some sort of agreement about price. We are struggling because they are asking well below market value, but at the same time we really want to move and move-on. We will know more in the next couple of days, most likely by the end of this week. We have another house showing tonight -- it will be a second showing for the possible buyers, so maybe we'll have a second offer?! I guess that wouldn't be such a bad thing, huh? We keep praying for the answer...
UPDATE: the original offer has been withdrawn and we are back to square one....we keep praying and going about our business...

not sure if you saw but i dropped out from the meetup group. things are just too hectic right now. maybe you and i and kerry can meet up at panera with our laptops and have some drinks and talk blog stuff some evening? i'm off work this entire next week! woo hoo!
