Welcome to 2008

To ring in the new year, we invited our parents up to our new house for a night of good food, good drinks and games and fun! Our daughter just LOVED having her grandparents up and all the extra attention. She even found her own little bottle of bubbly! (okay, no worries -- it was empty!!)



Pictured: my husband, my mom, my mother-in-law, my dad and my father-in-law doing some sort of scotch 'tasting' -- I passed on the hard alcohol, it's not really my thing. We did all enjoy some wonderful wine and champagne before the night was over. We had a really good time and even broke out some games: Cranium and Blurt!

It was a nice way to say good-bye to 2007 and welcome in 2008!
