Merry Christmas, part II

There was a lot of excitement around the "We Are Reilly" household these past couple of weeks. With Advent calendars, stocking hung by the fireplace, Christmas tree in place (and surprisingly, the little brother didn't have much interest in it), holiday parties left and right, we finally made it to the actual day! I didn't have much time or energy to do any baking or card-making this year (our poor neighbors haven't even seen the whites of our eyes in over 2 months! -- we usually visit every couple of weeks). So, I was just happy to make it where we needed to be with clean clothes and enough diapers to get us through the day/night.

We enjoyed all the festivities, but I'm behind with posting pictures -- I'll do the best I can....

Little brother wasn't too interested in opening up gifts, but he sure did like Papa Bob's remote control!

He didn't care for Santa either....do you blame him? A large, strange man in a bright red suit wanting to hold him...I would be scared too!

Big sister wasn't scared -- she was ready to tell him all about her Strawberry Shortcake Berry Cafe she wanted....and viola! See that nicely wrapped rectangle? (pssst: it's the berry cafe!)

This is our holiday greeting this year - sorry we didn't send out Christmas cards...I didn't have it in me at all, but here's to all of you reading this blog: MERRY CHRISTMAS!
