I don't like Play Doh, I won't lie to you. I don't like the smell of it and I don't like the way it feels on your hands after you've touched it. I have 'issues', I know. My problem is that I'm trying not to make my issues also my daughter's issues. I'm sure she'll grow up to have her own set of issues, I just am trying not to influence them.
So, we decided to make home-made play doh -- with flour, oil, water and salt -- no smell and it just feels like dough -- I can handle that!

We made several colors by adding food coloring, rolled it patted it and cut out cookie cutter shapes. It was quite fun! They are sitting in balls in separate bags waiting to be played with another day...

Tanner loves it!!! Play date idea!
Oh Sue..these are so great! You are way too on top of things. If only I was you..I would have this wonderful on-line journal. Someday maybe. Do you ever get pictures printed? If so, I would love some from the play date. Thanks again.
