A little fishy...
I think we have a little swimmer on our hands....
The water was a bit chilly, but that didn't stop the toddler and mommy! (Daddy stayed on the edge -- ready to jump in to save the toddler, if need be)
Last year at the family reunion (the last time we went swimming! We're just not a 'swimming' family around here), the toddler wouldn't let go and clung to any adult, for fear of getting in the water. This year -- totally opposite -- she got right in, found out she could touch in the 'big' pool and starting playing. She did end up going under 3 times, only for mommy to catch her and say, "WOW -- you went under the water, that's great -- you're such a good swimmer!" She was a bit scared, but today was telling everyone at the babysitters, "I went under the water and even held my breath" (not the total truth....)

My kids LOVE the water. Our weather has been so cool lately, that it's been hard for me to convince myself to take them very often, but we've been a few times so far. BRRRRRrrrr!!!!
We will have lots of fun on our vacation.....!!!
Way to go to your daughter. She's so brave!
